Eligibility for Refunds

Perishable Items (Chicken & Eggs):
- Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Honey & Coffee:
- Refunds or replacements are offered for items damaged during shipping or incorrect orders.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
How to Request a Refund

- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Products that are mishandled or not stored properly after delivery.
- Requests made beyond the specified time frame.
Refund Processing
